Magnesium is mean as.

So it turns out heaps of us are deficient in magnesium. We used to get it from dark leafy green veggies but these days the soil is pretty depleted of this mineral, so it's harder to get the magnesium we need. Just Apply 1-3 sprays to your sore muscle/s at any time or to each foot before bed time. If you get a tingling feeling, just wash off after 20mins…too easy!
